Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Now and Zen Holistic Health & Wellness

At Now and Zen Holistic Health & Wellness, my intention is to provide a nurturing, grounded, and healing space for all of my clients. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for your healing journey. I understand that life can be unpredictable, but to ensure that I can continue to offer the highest level of care and accommodate others who may be waiting for a session, I ask that you kindly review and respect the following policies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your healing and time are important to me, and I ask that you honor my time as well. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

•With 24+ hours' notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment freely, with no charge.

•With less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the session fee.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide any notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

Late Arrivals

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session—whether it's Reiki, sound healing, or somatic energy work—and to respect the time of clients scheduled after you, please aim to arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely, and it will be treated as a late cancellation (incurring a 50% fee).

Multi-Session Packages

For clients who have committed to their healing through packages (such as the 3-session Energetic Reset or the 6-session Deep Reset):

•Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice is always free and easily done through Acuity Scheduling.

•If you are a no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, that session will be considered used and deducted from your package balance.

Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances

I recognize that true emergencies, sudden illness, and unavoidable life events do happen. I always strive to lead with compassion. In these situations, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I review these on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at my discretion.
